Volunteer Coordinator Assistant and Youth Impact Ambassador

Finding TAFU made me realised that I’ve always believed that young people have both the power and the responsibility to make the world a better place through ethical leadership, environmental action, and by empowering others.

My work with TAFU allows me to live that belief every day. As a Volunteer Coordinator Assistant and Youth Impact Ambassador, I help lead initiatives that promote personal responsibility, sustainability, and global youth mentorship.

My passion for nature and sustainability drives everything I do. I believe real change starts with the individual, which is why I started a blog where I interview young, successful individuals who are already shaping the world around them. I also organised my school’s volunteering club and served as a proctor, helping peers find meaning through service.

Academically, I’ve earned consistent High Honours and Honours, and I’m always looking to expand my horizons. I’ve taken part in the UCLA Sports Management Summer Programme, UPenn’s Future of Business World Programme, and the John Locke Essay Competition.

Outside the classroom, I compete in Varsity Skiing (where I received a sportsmanship award), Varsity Cross Country, and Track and Field. These experiences have taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of community.

I also worked as a call centre manager, which gave me early insight into leadership, customer relations, and team coordination. Whether in sport, work, or study, I always strive to bring energy, purpose, and kindness to everything I do.

Being part of TAFU means being part of something much bigger. It is a global movement of young people committed to acting wisely, caring for the planet, and lifting others as we grow
