This initiative will create a collaborative platform for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) to develop genuine CSR strategies with the support of TAFU and the next generation of innovators – university postgraduates and graduates. Through this partnership, TAFU will guide companies in making responsible choices, while providing young people with the opportunity to make a tangible impact on global sustainability efforts.

TAFU will work with postgraduate students and graduates, selected and approved by their lecturers, mentors, and our dedicated university contacts. The students will work closely with SMEs on a range of CSR projects, from developing sustainable business practices to supporting local communities. - CSR Innovation Competitions: Building on the success of the TAFU-BCS Award, we will introduce competitions for SMEs to showcase their innovative CSR projects. These competitions will highlight best practices and set new benchmarks for responsible business, while celebrating the work of the students involved.
- Collaboration with Educational Institutions: Through our strong connections with universities and research institutions, TAFU will ensure that SMEs have access to the latest knowledge in sustainability and CSR innovation. In addition, TAFU will work to secure industry recognition and accreditation for the diploma, aligning it with global standards like the UN Sustainable Development Goals and ISO standards for CSR.
