With a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Sheffield, UK, earned in 1999, Kitty has over 25 years of experience in the tech industry. Her career includes roles as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Technologist, and Consultant, with a track record of delivering critical projects for Central Government and Commercial Sectors in areas such as national security, telecommunications, and emerging technologies.
Kitty is a leading figure in AI and Generative AI research, particularly in transforming business analysis. She is the author of “Business Analysis in the Era of Generative AI,” where she explores how AI can streamline processes, automate tasks, and enable business analysts to engage in higher-value, strategic work. Kitty’s work emphasizes the importance of AI literacy, prompt engineering, and essential soft skills, guiding business analysts to thrive in the AI era and become strategic advisors
